Freshly cooked meals are created by the onboard chef and the resident guide is always on hand to point out things of interest and answer any queries you may have.
Pass stilted villages and traditional floating houses as the boat depart Palangkaraya and cruises along the Kahayan River, the largest river in Central Kalimantan. In the late afternoon when the climate is at its most temperate, transfer to a small canoe and look for wildlife, including proboscis monkeys, hornbills, and Brahmini kites, on the shores of the Black Water lakes.
