Day 1: Arrival - Chiang Mai

Upon arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and transferred to Aleenta Retreat Chiang Mai. After check-in, take time to unwind, settle in, and begin your journey toward holistic renewal.

This immersive retreat is designed to restore and rejuvenate both mind and body. Through a thoughtfully curated program of mindfulness, meditation, movement, and relaxation, you'll cultivate self-awareness, balance, and inner resilience. Rejuvenating massages and body treatments will support restful sleep and deep recovery, encouraging self-reflection, acceptance, and self-compassion. This experience is not only healing but also sustainable—laying the foundation for long-term well-being through consistency and discipline.

Day 2 & 3: Chiang Mai

After breakfast at your hotel, take time to engage in a holistic mind-body experience.
If you have time remaining, consider exploring the historic walled city of Chiang Mai independently or join one of the many optional excursions available through your travel agent.

We recommend learning about Asia's revered elephants at a local sanctuary, having a meaningful conversation with a Buddhist monk, or exploring the city in style via a unique mode of transport.

Optional Excursions

Option 1: Half-Day Wat Phra That Doi Suthep Tour
Chiang Mai is home to numerous beautiful and historic Buddhist temples. This tour highlights the most captivating sites, with a visit to the revered Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, located near the summit of Doi Suthep Mountain. This sacred temple holds the same cultural significance to Chiang Mai locals as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha does to Bangkok. Marvel at the golden architecture and panoramic city views.

Operates: Private or SIC, daily from 08:30–12:00 hrs or 13:00–16:30 hrs

Note: Minimum 2 adults required for SIC tour

Option 2: Half-Day Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Chiang Mai
Experience an unforgettable encounter with gentle giants in their natural environment. Learn about their history and behavior while creating lasting memories through personal interaction. The sanctuary offers a safe and sustainable space for elephants and visitors alike.

Operates: SIC, morning session daily from 06:30–13:30 hrs

Meals included: Buffet lunch (morning session)

 

Option 3: Half-Day Chiang Mai Temples and Monk Chat
Explore Northern Thailand's architectural gems and spiritual traditions. After visiting several beautiful temples, you'll have the rare opportunity to engage in conversation with Buddhist monks, learning about Thai Buddhism, local culture, and long-standing traditions.

Operates: Private, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 15:00–19:00 hrs

Option 4: Half-Day “Yam Khang” Fire Massage at Ban Rai Kong Khing Community
Just outside of Chiang Mai lies Ban Rai Kong Khing, where you can experience “Yam Khang,” a rare traditional hot oil fire massage. A masseuse uses feet and a heated plough shear to apply therapeutic pressure—an ancient technique preserved in this community. The tour also includes a visit to Wat Ton Kwen, one of Chiang Mai’s last remaining old wooden temples, known for its intricate carvings.

Option 5: Evening Vespa Tour – Chiang Mai After Dark

Day 4: Chiang Mai–Departure

Your last day starts with breakfast at the hotel. At the arranged time, your private driver will transfer you to the airport for your flight to your next destination.
